Yeah, I'm finally getting around to banging out some actual HTML code instead of using the Geocities default page designs. It would look pretty ugly if it weren't for the W3 core styles I'm using.
In case you're wondering what I look like (or even of you're not) there's a picture of me to the left. It was taken when I worked at IBM. The color balance of the original image is way off, and gives me a sort of green-purple complexion, kind of like something from a Rob Zombie video. I reduced it to grey-scale until such time as I feel motivated to correct the color balance of the original image.
Here are some pictures and some avatars I made for your viewing pleasure.
Jürgen Hubert recently made a post on the Steve Jackson Games Forums regarding the political situation in Germany between WWI and WWII. I recommend reading it, as it points out some of the dangers of an ill-constructed democracy.
Anyway, that's about all for now. Maybe I'll add more stuff sometime in the future.
Pursuivant's defiler magic writeup.
names.zip – 801,880 bytes
A perl script I wrote to generate random names. It's quite useful when you can't come up with a name for your character.
spingrav.html – 2397 bytes
A little javascript app for calculating spin-induced artificial gravity. It's silly, but fun.
click_defense.zip – 1,016 bytes
A frameset html file that hits "Click Defense" with one Yahoo Ads clickthrough every 10 seconds.
Warning: Each "clickthrough" event costs Click Defense money. This code is for demonstration purposes only and should not be downloaded and left running in your browser in order to get back at Click Defense for their totally bogus lawsuit against Google, 'cause, like, that would be wrong (and possibly illegal). You've been warned.
